Fear Not

Many people all over the world are afraid of disease. The government and the media are obviously focused on increasing the fear of death from a particular disease. We are told that to be safe: we must practice social distancing, we are mandated to wear masks, and we are pressured in multiple ways to get the experimental shot. Those who believe in the science of natural immunity are censored, ridiculed, and shut up as much as possible. Our freedom to move about freely and interact with others is stifled. Our freedom to maintain our small businesses is restricted by shutdowns while big businesses continue to operate.

Why can a woman take the life of her own child in her womb, yet we are being pressured to believe we must get a shot? She can kill another human being, yet we can’t say no to a shot that can’t  be proven to protect people from this disease? And that disease can’t even be accurately identified with a test! And… there is medicine that will help a person heal from this disease when prescribed and used.

What has happened to critical thinking?

How mixed up! How confused is this world? 

The root cause, the reason that people are manipulated so easily is the deathly fear of disease and fear of death.

Everyone dies. 

Medical science cannot change this fact. But, they can make quite a lot of money selling vaccines. They already make a lot of money on needless medical procedures using scare tactics, playing on people’s fear of death. Did you know that women can now get a special test that searches for a gene that supposedly indicates a predisposition to getting breast cancer? 

If they find it, the women are asked if they want to have their breasts removed based on a threat of possible cancer. And some people do it.

And if they are made an invalid by this medical treatment, well, there’s more treatment to follow. 

I wonder, how much greed is involved?

But then, greed is a sin, and we don’t talk about sin anymore. 

Hey, let’s just talk about it. Jesus talked about sin.

“You have heard it said, ‘Do not commit adultery.’ But now I tell you: anyone who looks at a woman and wants to possess her is guilty of committing adultery with her in his heart. So if your right eye causes you to sin, take it out and throw it away! It is much better for you to lose a part of your body than to have your whole body thrown into hell. If your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away! It is much better for you to lose one of your limbs than to have your whole body go off to hell.” Matthew 5:27-30

The point of these verses is to emphasize the destructive nature of adultery, then how terrible this sin and other sins actually are. People have become so afraid of cancer that they will actually cut off their breasts. The root of this is fear. The words of Jesus were meant to show sin (not disease) is what people should be afraid of. Sin takes people to hell, not cancer. 

But, there’s good news! Jesus has transformed death. 

Life comes from God’s Spirit.

If the Spirit of God who raised Jesus from death, lives in you, then he who raised Christ from death will also give life to your mortal bodies by the presence of his Spirit in you. Romans 8:11

Jesus has shown that He has driven out all evil spirits with a word and healed all who were sick. See Matthew 8:16-17

Isaiah 53:3 tells us that because of our sins he was wounded and beaten.

Christ, however, offered one sacrifice for sins, an offering that is effective forever, and then he sat down at the right side of God. Hebrews 10:12

It is by Christ’s blood that eternal salvation is gained. See Hebrews 9:12

It is not cancer, or any disease that people should fear, but sin—because sin results in destruction now and eternally. 

The focus is all wrong. People are fearing sickness and disease while sin rages out of control. God is calling all people to turn away from their sins and trust Jesus for eternal salvation. 

We don’t need to fear disease if we know our eternal destiny is secure in Jesus. Our sins can be washed by His blood. 

And He cares for us,  so we can believe for healing of our bodies too. We can also trust Him to protect us from the threat of disease.

He will keep you safe from all hidden dangers and from all deadly diseases. Psalm 91:3.

Could the people beguiling us to give up our freedom have any chance of controlling us if we truly believed and trusted in our God? True science will not contradict God’s word. Besides all this, our Creator designed us with an immune system that fights disease invaders. You can booster your immune system. 

Pray and fear not!

What is happening has already been written in the Bible. 

In their greed these false teachers will make a profit out of telling you made-up stories. 1Peter 2:3a

This scare-demic is driven by greed and a lust for power. Do not comply to lies. 

Sin is the real danger. Choose the real solution.

There is a solution to the problem and fear of sin. Repent, turn to God and be saved. If you already believe in Jesus, then commit to follow Him with your whole being. He will give you the courage to fight and win against fear.

Believe and trust in God. Jesus is our savior, not masks or shots or doctors or government. 

Take away the power of fear by believing in Jesus. Fear Not!
