Revival

Examine me, O God, and know my mind; test me, and discover my thoughts. Find out if there is any evil in me and guide me in the everlasting way. Psalm 139:23-24 GNT

The Key to Revival

Revival is deep, satisfies your soul and fills your very being with joy and hope. It is the answer to your heart that is crying out for more, more of God in my life.

The lily above is about to open up and look glorious. It represents you, when you are ready to invite God to come closer, to look into your heart, to know your mind, and you allow God to check for evil. It doesn’t end at the search into your soul, but begins a new hope-filled journey of discovering your God. You will become more beautiful than you can imagine as you open up and seek to know Jesus, who is the way, the truth and the life (See John 14:6).

God will revive any person who cries out to Him with their whole heart. When there is a roomful of people who want Jesus He will manifest His presence to a greater degree. Revival is birthed in people who want Jesus, but revival can also be felt in the air, in a space when many hungry hearts desire Jesus, the hope for all people. Crowds always come when Jesus appears because every one who wants Him is refreshed and made new. Hidden secrets and sins are revealed with hope, not with condemnation. Tears are shed, laughter and joy are released because HOPE becomes real, tangible.

Revival, a Good Place to Live

God’s presence releases an outpouring of His love immersed in hope. When Jesus is present, your needs are met. Your broken heart is made whole and your faith is increased. God pours His love into our hearts by giving us Holy Spirit, our gift, so we can experience His loving presence and be empowered again and again. Revival is not a one time experience but the beginning of our new life with God in the hope and power of Holy Spirit.

The evil that was found in us is washed away in His presence; we are revived, made new, and purified. As often as we ask and turn toward God and away from evil, we will receive God’s grace. We are purified because Jesus shed His blood on the cross for us. Jesus rose from the dead and conquered death for us.

Because Jesus overcame, we overcome, you overcome.

Come Holy Spirit! Come!
